Hello, I applyed for a credit card over the phone about 2 weeks ago and haven,t heard from you as yet. Please informe me as to when or if I will recieve my new card. Thank you Pat Kovanich
Answer
Answer:
Every time you click the link 'Apply' by the credit card at credit-cards-rates.com you want to apply for, you are automatically redirected to the application page at the official site of the bank. You fill out the application form and after submitting, it is sent to the bank for considering. If the information you indicated is correct and you are eligible for the credit card, which is usually followed by the approval, you are supposed to receive an approval letter during the period indicated in the terms & conditions of the card. If you seem to wait for too long, you can do nothing but contact the bank and ask them about your status, as our site has no right to give you approvals or consider your credit history, having no access to your personal information.

can you get a credit card if you have file bankruptity
Answer
Answer:
Actually bankruptcy isn`t a tragedy nowadays while many banks issue credit cards intended for people with damaged credit history. Therefore the only challenge you`ll suffer is the variety of choice of credit card applications available. Pay your attention to Orchard bank and First PREMIER bank credit card deals offering bad credit cards. It`s up to you to decide what kind of credit card application to choose: secured or unsecured one, just bear in mind secured bad credit card will require security deposit, but lower rates than unsecured one. Whatever card you choose, you have a nice chance to restore your credit history and to apply for cards with better terms in the long run. Best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

hello i am fareeda banu from hospet india please tell me about the free lotto company it is true or bogus
Answer
Answer:
Actually the function of our website is to provide the credit card applicants with up-to-date information and present online credit card applications for all categories of consumers and all spending habits. And it`s beyond our competence to trace any kind of fraud, or bogus, as you put it, but we can assure you that "The Free Lotto Company" is a scam. If they sent you an email, saying you won hundreds of thousands of "Great British Pounds" and the email claims they are "the world's most famous free lotto service" the only thing you should do is to throw this letter away. There's no such thing as a FREE lotto or lottery. There are many other signs that this is a fraud, not the least of which is that no legitimate lottery uses email to notify its winners! And a legitimate lottery certainly would not use free hotmail, yahoo, elitist, or aim email accounts.

what banks can I use to do a cash advance, I have a master card
Answer
Answer:
When you use your credit card for cash advance to pay for daily necessities you will pay much more for that privilege. And you will have to give it all back as quickly as you can. It does not matter what kind of card you have. It will be expensive to use your credit card for a cash advance (on average 20% APR). We can recommend you some banks working with MasterCard: the Orchard Bank, First Premier Bank and the CitiBank and you will make your own decision. But at first, compare credit cards of various options and purposes and then choose the best suited card for you. More detailed information about types of credit cards and their terms you can find at our site.

What in specific was the Discover Card choose over the Capitol One Card? Thanks
Answer
Answer:
You see, each of these credit cards has its specific features, terms, limits and requirements. Discover cards are just for people with good or excellent credit. The only exception is credit cards for students who have no credit or bad credit. Capital One Cards are not just for customers with good or excellent credit also for people with fair credit. Capital One credit cards for fair credit help their holders to rebuild their credit history. You can make a side-by-side comparison of the Capital One cards at the site of our partners and the Discover cards at our site.

We received a letter in the mail about applying for a Visa card. Access code 57***, Reservation Number 0683****. I would like some info on this.
Answer
Answer:
If you get a letter with the access code and the reservation number for the card, you really applied for, that means you have become the customer of the bank. You are surely to receive the card in 7-10 days. In the letter, you receive, should be additional information on how to use the code, a webaddress (where you go and activate your credit card) or a phone number of the bank as well as other contact information, concerning the bank. Never provide your credit card information on a website that is not a secure site. If you receive a pre-approved credit invitation and it contains no exact contact information, you can consider it to be a scam.

can i do a balance transfer from my chase visa card to my wamu paypal visa
Answer
Answer:
Yes, you can do this without hesitation. Just apply online for Washington Mutual Visa Card, that is an instant approval one, which lets you know whether the card has been accepted or rejected on its application in 30 seconds. Besides a balance transfer with no fee your APR for balance transfers will be 0% for the first 6 months. Point out a lender's name, an account number and amount in the order to be paid; everything will be transferred as much as possible. Balance transfers don't take place during a grace period and may be processed up to 6 weeks. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

I have recently corrected, updated, and cleaned up all three credit bureau reporting files. Because of this action, I have been elevated into the GOOD category credit rating. In previous postings you recommend that card holders only have two major credit cards. I find this recommendation curious, because credit bureau's specifically, suggest that having a diversity of revolving debt (i.e. credit cards) is considered Very positive with credit granting companies and lenders of all types. I have endeavored to acquire (4) cards Chase, CITI, Discover, and American Express, over a 24 month period of time. Do you think this pursuit is realistic, rational, and/or prudent, towards establishing a strong and solid credit foundation? Is having a couple of prestigious national department store charge accounts reasonable too? But bear in mind, my strategy is to keep the balances well below the 25% recommended threshold for DEBT TO TOTAL CREDIT ratio purposes. I'm curious to know your opinion.
Answer
Answer:
The credit score shows how much of your available credit you are using. The lower the percentage the better. The limit the creditors want to see lies between 25% and 35%. To answer your question usually the FICO score doesn’t penalize you for having large amounts of credit available and multiple credit cards. But if you are going to apply for a mortgage or car loan we advise you to close the accounts you are not using. It may be important for some creditors. We suggest you to have no more than 4-5 cards.

my account with imagine card has been established for a year now with good payment Imagine tells me that they report each month on the 30th. Bureau tells me isn't being reported ! What do I do not on any three credit reports.
Answer
Answer:
To be sure of one's creditworthiness the bank applies to the credit bureau for his or her history report. The thing is that there are three credit bureaus and only some of the financial organizations do report to all of them. Besides, it is quite possible that the information has not come to the bureau yet, as this may take time and they do not receive it straight away. We recommend you to contact your bank directly once more and explain them the situation. You may clear out what bureau exactly they report to and contact them after that as well.
